Concerts in the Park returns July 5 with a twist

OSHAWA – An outstanding lineup of talented artists will perform at the Memorial Park Bandshell (110 Simcoe St., Oshawa) every Thursday this summer as part of Concerts in the Park. Kicking off on Thursday, July 5 between 7:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., attendees will be treated to the excitement of years past with the addition of two Tuesday concerts, an outdoor movie night as well as two Summer Night Markets.

Audiences will enjoy a variety of performances highlighting all genres of music including, rock, jazz, and country. Community members can check out the schedule online for more details on who is performing.

While the concerts and activities are free for all ages, the City asks that attendees bring a non- perishable food or hygiene donation for the Feed the Need in Durham, with the goal of raising a 500 lb. donation by the end of the concert series.
