OSHAWA – Metrolinx is hosting a public Town Hall event on Thursday, May 2 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. at the Abilities Centre (55 Gordon St.) in Whitby.
This is an opportunity for residents to ask Metrolinx CEO Phil Verster and the Senior Management Team members about plans for the GO Train Lakeshore East Extension from Oshawa to Bowmanville, transit services and more.
The City of Oshawa is encouraging residents participate in the town hall and attend in-person or online via live webstream. To submit a question in advance or to learn more about the town hall, visit www.metrolinxengage.com/en/engagement-initiatives/ask-metrolinx.
