(Oshawa, ON – August 19th, 2024) The Greater Oshawa Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the shortlisted nominees for the 2024 Business Excellence Awards. These awards recognize the businesses and individuals who are making a significant impact on Oshawa’s growth and innovation.
This year, the Chamber has released an expanded shortlist, acknowledging up to six nominees in each category. This approach allows for broader recognition of the diverse achievements that contribute to Oshawa’s thriving business environment.
With an exceptional number of submissions this year, some categories saw as many as 30 nominations, highlighting the strong entrepreneurial spirit within our community. To ensure a fair and unbiased selection process, Chambers from outside the Durham Region carefully reviewed and adjudicated all entries.
“The passion and commitment of Oshawa’s business community inspire the Chamber team every day,” said Jason King, CEO of the Greater Oshawa Chamber of Commerce. “Releasing this expanded shortlist helps us to further celebrate the incredible work being done to drive our city’s success and nurture community prosperity.”
