OSHAWA – Members of the media are invited to attend the announcement of a combined heat and power plant initiative between the City of Oshawa and Oshawa Power and Utilities Corporation Energy Services (O.P.U.C.E.S.).

The mayor and members of Council, community dignitaries and City and O.P.U.C.E.S. leaders will be on hand for the announcement.
