Nancy will begin work with the Chamber as of March 28th 2016, after she has completed her obligations as the Executive Officer with the Durham Region Association of REALTORS®. The nature and details of the transition will be announced once they have been decided upon by the Chamber Executive and the new CEO.

The search for a successor to Mr. Malcolmson has been ongoing for the last 11 months and not something that has been taken lightly as they are “Big Shoes to Fill”. The Executive fully understands the challenges that face the GOCC and feel that Nancy will be able to successfully lead the Chamber going forward.

“We appreciate all the hard work, tireless hours and 18 years that Bob has dedicated to the Greater Oshawa Chamber. We will soon be making an announcement regarding a retirement event to celebrate Bob’s successful career,” said Natalie Sims, Chamber President.
