Originally from a customer service background, Shaelene McInnis has been a self-employed bookkeeper/tax preparer for many years.

Shaelene has transitioned from her office space in her Oshawa home to her current commercial location at 650 King Street East. Her professional experience as a Customer Service Manager has allowed her to formulate leadership, networking and negotiating strategies.
